Application

Before starting. Ensure you use a dust sheet on the floor in case of any spill, You have all your PPE in place and that you have plenty of ventilation (open window). Any odour will disappear realtively quickly

Step 1.ÂWash down and clean the entire surface with a proprietary gentle surface cleaner and then  thoroughly rinse with warm water. Dry using the white tissue paper. Dispose of paper in black bag

1B. Marking out your template area

Take your masking tapes and set out your size and style of template making sure it is firmly stuck down at the edges. (Square, Circular, oblong etc.).

Step 2.Using the sandpaper, abrade the surface within the marked out area to remove any shine. Vacuum out any dust. (Take care not to sand outside of the template)

Step 3.Open container marked Part AÂand gently stir with wooden stick from the kit the product for approximately 60 seconds.Â

Step 4.Open container marked Part B (No need to stir)and pour entire contents into container A.Stir both products together slowly for about 90 seconds until fully mixed.

Step 5.Empty the entire contents from container Number Cinto your 4″ paint tray (Place container Number 2into the rubbish bag).Â

Step 6.Take your 4″ paint roller from the kit and working briskly, apply the product onto the roller from the tray as if you were doing normal painting. Roll the product onto the area within the masking tape to give a nice uniform layer. Now wait 15 minutes and repeat this process until you have  a nice even application of the product on the surface. Depending on the size of your template, you will find that  in general there will be some product remaining in the tray. If it is a large template (0.8 square metre), you may require all the material. Allow the remaining product to harden in the tray. It should then be easy to pull out so that the tray can be used again. (Dispose of the roller head and tray insert into the rubbish bag)

Step 7.As soon as you have finished rollering the product, gently remove your masking tape and avoid it falling into the wet surface if possible. Dispose of the used tape, roller head and tray insert into the    rubbish bag.

Step 8.Your safety surface is now installed and all rubbish can now be disposed of according to local regulations. It will be touch dry after approx…30 – 45 minutes and ready to use after a minimum of 8 hours.
