Application

The paint can be used direct from the container or poured into a paint tray if using a brush or roller to apply the product. It can also be thinned down for use in a spray system.

It is ideal for areas that need to resist chemicals and water, such as swimming pools, abattoirs, metal structures, concrete surfaces, and floors. It provides excellent chemical resistance and strong durability in certain colours. The lifespan of the coating depends on the surface material, how it was prepared, the primer used, and the thickness of the application.

The coating also has very low water permeability, dries quickly, and can be reapplied even after a long time without losing its effectiveness.

Surface preparation	Mild steel : Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil, millscale, etc. For best results blast clean to SA2 and coat with a suitable blast primer within 4 hours Aluminium & galvanised steel must be pre-treated before application.

Suitable respiratory equipment and PPE must be worn when using product, and product is stored in a fire safe location.
